Omnixploit is entertainment. We design our games to be fun, but we recognise gambling-style mechanics carry real risk for some people. This page sets out the tools we provide so play stays in your control and the support you can reach if it stops being fun.
If you feel gambling is becoming a problem, please stop and reach out using the resources below. There is no shame in asking for help.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use Omnixploit. We verify age at registration and may request supplementary proof at any time. Accounts found to be operated by minors will be closed and balances may be forfeited per our Terms of Service.
Today, the support tools available on Omnixploit are:
• Manual account closure — email support@omnixploit.io at any time. We will close the account within 24 hours and return any cleared balance to your registered wallet. Section 6 below has the detail.
• Marketing opt-out — in Settings → Notifications or by emailing support. Closed-for-problem-gambling accounts are removed from all marketing automatically.
• 18+ age gate — at registration and on every visit.
• External help resources — listed in Section 5 below, all reachable in one tap.
On our roadmap (not yet shipped): in-product deposit limits, loss limits, session-time alerts, scheduled reality-check pop-ups, and self-imposed time-outs / self-exclusion windows. If you need any of these now, contact support — we will action a manual self-exclusion the same business day, and the closure is irreversible until the requested period ends.
We chose to remove the prior version of this section that listed those tools as if they shipped. They did not. We will not list a tool here until the button it claims is wired end-to-end. Pretending otherwise would be worse than admitting we are still building.
Consider whether any of the following apply to you:
• You play with money you cannot afford to lose, including borrowed money or money meant for other expenses.
• You chase losses — increasing bets to recover.
• You lie about how much you play or how much you have lost.
• You feel anxious, irritable, or depressed when you can't play.
• Friends or family have expressed concern.
• You play to escape problems rather than for entertainment.
If two or more apply, please use a time-out or self-exclusion and reach out for help.

You can close your account at any time, for any reason, by contacting support@omnixploit.io. We will action your request within 24 hours. Any cleared balance is returned to your registered wallet.
Closure for problem-gambling reasons triggers self-exclusion automatically; we will not re-open the account before the exclusion period ends.
Self-excluded and time-out users are removed from all marketing communications immediately. Anyone else can opt out at Settings → Notifications or by emailing support.
If a child has access to your device, set up parental controls. Recommended tools: Net Nanny, Qustodio, CYBERsitter, or your operating system's family-protection features. iOS and Android both ship with screen-time and content-restriction controls.
